Delivery and Substitution policy:
Same Day Delivery
With orders placed by 10:30AM, we're pleased to offer SAME DAY delivery anywhere from as far North as Barrie, West to Stoney Creek, South to Toronto Waterfront and East to Cobourg! In addition, we can accommodate morning and afternoon deliveries for Markham/Unionville, Stouffville, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Ajax, Pickering and Oshawa, and sometimes Uxbridge, Lindsay and Port Perry. We also offer delivery to Kawartha Lakes, Sunderland and Keswick with 2 days leadtime. Please call with any questions or late requests.
Substitution
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
Quality Control
Any concerns need to be claimed within 36 hours of receiving the flowers. Please provide a picture with your email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Placed in advance orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior delivery with the exception of special request orders that require particular flowers to be specifically ordered.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the requested address falls outside of our delivery service area or the requested delivery time is not possible to accommodate based on short notice.
Please be advised that cancellations may be subject to a service fee to cover double CC processing. Orders that need to be postponed to a later date, may be processed without a fee, dependant upon on the requested flowers and timing of the notification. Thank you for your understanding.
